User and Technical Helpdesk
We offer three levels of phone support, each designed to maintain the anticipated efficiencies:
Level One is designed for operations without internal support structure and enables TouchStar to act as the direct single point of contact for the field force.
Level Two supports an existing internal help desk that interfaces with the field force. TouchStar serves as back up support to the organizations resources.
Level Three is for customers with a central help desk who also manage their own pool of spare hardware.
24 Hour Exchange Replacements
TouchStar’s Service Exchange is our advanced device exchange program where TouchStar maintain a pool of spare equipment and ensures an identically configured device is always available, charged and loaded with current software to mitigate field force downtime. The replacement device is shipped for next morning delivery and the faulty unit returned to TouchStar for diagnostic testing and repair.
Full Service and Repair Facilities
Our hardware and device technicians are professionally trained to execute component level repairs and TouchStar offers a comprehensive service that includes handheld devices. Additionally, all exchange replacement devices are maintained and systematically checked for optimal operation to avoid efficiency degradation and technology disruptions.
